Cancellation Policy
• Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 30%-50% of the total price is due upon signing this contract. • Final Payment: The balance is due on the day of the event. Cash and/or money orders are accepted. All payments should be made payable to Kerry Thompson. • Cancellation Policy: All sales are final from the date of signing this contract. Therefore, deposits are non-refundable. • Insurance (if required): If the event requires insurance coverage, the total rate will be adjusted accordingly. • Travel & Accommodations: For out-of-town events, travel and hotel accommodations are payable by the client and will be negotiated separately. Note: Personal checks are not accepted.
